Mark has extensive experience in a wide range of London insurance market issues, including reinsurance disputes, placement issues, first-property insurance coverage issues and liability/casualty insurance coverage issues. He has represented the London market in many insurance disputes including both high-exposure international arbitrations and litigations.

Prior Experience

Prior to joining DLA Piper in June 2010, Mark was an associate with a New York City firm. There he handled all aspects of insurance litigation. Earlier, he was an associate in another New York based national firm as well as a Long Island-based firm, handling an array of insurance-related matters.
