About

Brian Doyle focuses on representing banks, finance companies, insurance companies, funds and other institutional lenders, as well as borrowers, in a wide variety of real estate and commercial finance transactions, as well as debt restructurings.

Brian regularly represents agents, co-lenders and borrowers in acquisition financings, construction loans, letter of credit facilities, credit enhancements, secured and unsecured lines of credit, portfolio loans, subscription lines of credit, asset-based financings, mezzanine loans and second lien financing transactions.

From 1986 to 1995, Brian worked at JPMorgan Chase Bank in Chicago on corporate finance and commercial real estate loan transactions and on debt restructurings and was a member of its Legal Department. He was also a member of the Senior Credit Committee and Managed Assets Committee.

Brian is chair of DLA Piper's Chicago Finance group.
