Henry Fildes actively assists clients with numerous aspects of patent litigation. His experience includes developing infringement and validity analyses, taking and defending depositions, preparing claim construction charts, preparing and responding to fact discovery, and drafting pleadings and pre-trial motions. Henry's prosecution work involves drafting and prosecuting U.S. utility applications across a diverse range of technologies, including mechanical, electrical and computer systems, medical devices, consumer goods, and cosmetics. During law school, Henry served as a patent examination extern for the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office where he was trained in biotechnology and medical device patent examination.
