About

Daniel provides general corporate advisory services, with emphasis on structuring contracts and preparing corporate, corporate and legal reports. He has extensive experience in mergers and reorganizations, and in the acquisition and sale of companies, including due diligence and negotiation of terms and contracts.

In addition, Daniel specializes in Competition Law, with experience in advising various companies on matters related to the application of consumer protection rules, unfair competition and free competition. He has participated in the sponsorship of companies in various proceedings before INDECOPI. 

Likewise, he advises in processes of adaptation for compliance with the regulations on protection of personal data as well as procedures followed by the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data.
