About

Joseph Fore is a corporate and private equity lawyer whose practice focuses on representing public companies, private equity firms, private equity backed portfolio companies and institutional investors in complex mergers & acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, equity investments, recapitalizations and other strategic transactions. 

He regularly represents nationally recognized growth and venture capital investors, along with their portfolio companies, in financing transactions, follow-on investments and other strategic matters. Joseph also advises founder-owned businesses and management teams in sales to private equity sponsors and strategic acquirers. His broad transactional experience spans multiple sectors, including healthcare, technology, logistics and business services.

In addition to managing complex transactions, Joseph serves as outside general counsel to numerous PE, VC and growth backed companies, advising on corporate governance matters, strategic planning and general corporate issues.

Joseph and his wife, Courtney, reside in Austin with their son, Luke.
