Drew Gallagher is an associate in the firm’s Finance Group. Drew focuses his practice on the representation of public and private borrowers and lenders in debt financing transactions, including private equity acquisition financings, subscription credit facilities, NAV credit facilities and more, across a broad range of the market. Drew also has experience with structured finance, structured products, derivatives and asset-backed transactions, particularly with private offerings of collateralized loan obligation securities and warehouse financing transactions, representing issuers, underwriters and portfolio managers, with an emphasis on acting as deal counsel on US CLOs.
Drew received his law degree from St. John’s University School of Law. He also holds an M.S. in Accounting from St. John’s University and a B.S. from Cornell University. While at Cornell, Drew was a member of Cornell’s varsity rowing team. In his spare time, Drew enjoys cycling in the greater New York City area.
