Megan Giles focuses her practice in the area of labor and employment. As part of her practice, Megan routinely assists clients in reviewing employee materials such as offer letters and employee handbooks, responding to investigations by government agencies such as the EEOC and state equivalents, and advising corporate and private equity clients on employment matters in connection with mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions. Megan has served as in-house and outside counsel and brings a unique and practical perspective to issues critical to the evolving workplace. 

Megan’s practice also includes litigation involving defense of claims of employment discrimination, retaliation, and harassment in federal and state court.

Pro Bono

Megan’s pro bono work focuses on child welfare in low-income communities. Megan serves as the co-chair for the Child Welfare group for the Law Firm Antiracism Alliance and frequently volunteers with the Atlanta volunteer lawyers foundation.
