About

Klaudia Lorent has more than 10 years of experience in advising Polish and foreign clients on mergers and acquisitions and private equity investments. 

With a particular focus on the renewable energy sector, she structures and leads projects involving the development and purchase or sale of wind farms, PV farms and other renewable energy sources (both as share deals and asset deals), supporting clients at all stages, from conducting due diligence reviews and preparing and negotiating transactional documentation, to advising on the implementation of projects (including on regulatory issues).

  • Advising R.Power on the acquisition of 51% of shares in the company holding rights to 162 MW PV project and establishment of the strategic joint venture
  • Advising Wento/Equinor on the acquisition of 26MW operational wind farm
  • Advising EDP Renewables Polskaof the asset rotations transactions related to the sale of operational portfolio of PV and wind assets
  • Advising EDP Renewables Polska on the acquisition of several companies developing a wind farm and PV farm project.
  • Advising Respect Energy on the acquisition of a company developing the largest PV farm in CEE.
  • Advising OX2 on the acquisition of several companies developing a wind farm project.
  • Advising Green Genius on the acquisition of several companies developing a biogas plant project.
  • Advising Canadian Solar on the acquisition of several companies developing a PV farm project.
  • Advising Trakcja on its financial restructuring.
  • Advising Panattoni on concluding a joint venture agreement and on structuring the cooperation between the parties involved in an investment in warehouse space.
