  • Advising private equity backed PIB Group on its recent acquisition of Litica, a market-leading insurance litigation provider operating across the UK, US, Australia and Germany.
  • Advising a multi-national W&I Insurer on its cross-border merger from Germany to Ireland under the new EU Mobility Directive (and Irish and German implementing regulations).
  • Advising Haemonetics Corporation on its acquisition of medical device company Vivasure Medical Limited, based in Ireland, the UK and the US.
  • Advising Various W&I insurers including Euclid, Liberty, Tokio Marine HCC, Optis and Themis as underwriter counsel on multiple private M&A and private equity transactions.
  • Advising Delta Dental of Washington, a major dental insurance provider based in Seattle, on its acquisition 8 West Consulting, based in Ireland, Italy and Poland.
  • Advising management on the acquisition of Valeo Foods by Bain Capital.
