Marceau Muselet specialises in domestic and international real estate financing transactions in relation to all assets types. 

He advises both institutional and alternative lenders and sponsors or borrowers (investments funds, developers, real estate holdings) on the structuring and implementation of investment financing (share deal and asset deal) as well as development financing of real estate assets and portfolios.

EXPERIENCE

  • Advising La Banque Postale in connection with the financing granted to Greystar for the acquisition and development of a 8,300 sqm purpose-built student accomodation residence located in Ivry-sur-Seine.*
  • Advising Data4 Group, a major European operator and investor in the data center market, in connection with a EUR620m financing to pursue its ambitious pan-European growth strategy.
  • Advising the pool of lenders in connection with the arrangement of a mortgage financing granted to a joint venture owned by institutional investors for the development of a city-centre retail complex of over 20,000 sqm in the Paris suburbs.*
  • Advising Crédit Agricole CIB on the setting up of a green loan for Osae Partners and Alios Développement for the acquisition of an office building located rue de la Victoire in Paris.*
  • Advising a life science-specialised investor, developper and operator on the financing of the acquisition and development of a 25,000 sqm research and innovation building located within a major science campus in the Paris region.*
  •  Advising BNP Paribas and Allianz Real Estate in connection with the arrangement of a EUR185m green loan financing for the development by Icawood and WO2 of its mixed-use low-carbon building “Marcadet”.*
