Ana Sofía Payán

Ana has focused her career on commercial law, insolvency and bankruptcy related issues and corporate government.

Before joining DLA Piper, she worked as a Senior Lawyer in the Colombian Securities Exchange, where she was responsible of Corporate Government. She also worked for more than four years with a prominent law firm, where she participated in corporate reorganization and insolvency matters of public and private companies.
