His experience includes take-privates, investments, joint ventures, carve-outs, de-SPACs and other significant transactions. He also represents private equity firms on a full range of transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions of investments, leveraged buyouts and minority investments. Jeffrey is Chair of the Technology Section of the Austin Bar Association.
