Tori Simkovic’s practice focuses on the representation of individuals and public and private companies in complex commercial litigation, government investigations, and white collar criminal defense. She has experience working on class actions, contract disputes, securities investigations, and criminal matters. Her practice is expanding into compliance work, including anticorruption.
In her pro bono practice, Tori works on post-conviction litigation for wrongfully convicted individuals and incarcerated people seeking compassionate release. Tori contributed to an amicus brief to the Arizona Supreme Court advocating for juveniles sentenced to life without the possibility of parole.
In law school, Tori worked for the Miami Law Innocence Clinic, wrote for the University of Miami Law Review, and served as the Executive Vice President of the Charles C. Papy Jr. Moot Court Board.
