Christopher Thorson
Of CounselChristopher (Chris) Thorson represents private investment funds, fund managers and growth companies in all aspects of their operations. He regularly advises venture capital firms and private equity firms in fund formation, investment transactions, management, regulatory and operational matters. He also represents growth companies in financings, corporate governance, strategic and other types of business transactions, as well as corporate venture capital investors and family offices.
