Catherine handles a wide range of federal tax matters for corporations, partnerships, individuals, and investment funds, including advising on mergers and acquisitions (domestic and international) and restructurings. She focuses on drafting and negotiating a variety of agreements related to all phases of a company’s operations, including formation, acquisition, financing, and restructuring. Catherine also advises U.S. and non-U.S. investors with respect to private equity and real estate investments.
Catherine also serves a number of pro bono clients with an emphasis on veterans and tax controversies.
