  • Advised Empresa Distribuidora y Comercializadora Norte S.A. (Edenor), the largest electricity distributor in Argentina, on nine international issuances under Regulation S and Rule 144A aggregating US$1.28 billion, under its global issuance program, including: the Class 1 Notes, with an annual nominal interest rate of 9.75% and maturity on May 12, 2025, issued on May 12, 2022 in exchange for the Company's Class 9 Notes for US$52.7 million, and reopened on October 24, 2022 for a further US$2.5 million in a second exchange of the remaining Class 9 Notes; the Class 7 Notes, with an annual nominal interest rate of 9.75% and maturity on October 24, 2030, issued on October 24, 2024 for US$135 million, together with a concurrent exchange offer for the Class 1 Notes for a further US$48.8 million, and reopened on November 19, 2025 for US$201.2 million and on February 9, 2026 for US$90 million, taking the outstanding amount of the class to US$475 million; and the Class 10 Notes, with an annual nominal interest rate of 9.50% and maturity on April 28, 2033, issued on April 28, 2026 in two concurrent series — Series I for US$523.3 million integrated in cash, and Series II for US$26.7 million integrated in kind through the delivery of the Company's Class 3 and Class 5 Notes — and reopened on August 5, 2026 for a further US$200 million
  • Advised Empresa Distribuidora de Electricidad de Mendoza S.A. (Edemsa), a leading electricity distributor, on two international issuances under Regulation S and Rule 144A aggregating US$450 million: the Class 6 step-up Notes due July 28, 2031, issued on July 28, 2025 for US$150 million priced at 92.930% and bearing annual nominal interest rates of 9.75%, 10.75% and 11.75% over successive periods; and the Class 8 Notes, with an annual nominal interest rate of 9.750% and maturity on June 11, 2033, issued on June 11, 2026 for US$300 million priced at 95.679% to yield 10.750% and launched concurrently with a tender offer and consent solicitation in respect of the Class 6 Notes
  • Advised the Provinces of Santa Fe, Chubut and Entre Ríos on three international issuances under Regulation S and Rule 144A aggregating US$1.75 billion: the Province of Santa Fe's 8.100% Notes due 2034, issued in December 2025 for US$800 million, marking the Province's return to the international capital markets; the Province of Chubut's 9.450% secured Notes due 2036, issued in April 2026 for US$650 million, secured by an assignment of hydrocarbon royalties and structured with an annual collateral-reduction determination mechanic; and the Province of Entre Ríos' 9.550% Notes due 2033, issued in March 2026 for US$300 million. The Chubut and Entre Ríos offerings were each launched concurrently with an offer to purchase the respective Province's outstanding notes
  • Advised the Provinces of Buenos Aires, Mendoza and Santa Fe on twenty-one local market series, issued across thirteen transactions and aggregating approximately US$1.5 billion equivalent. For the Province of Buenos Aires, seven series of Provincial Public Debt Securities, issued across five transactions and aggregating ARS940,588,638,476, equivalent to approximately US$832 million, spanning floating rate, TAMAR-linked and CER-linked series, of which approximately ARS116.5 billion was integrated in kind against eligible outstanding securities. For the Province of Mendoza, thirteen series issued across seven transactions and aggregating ARS758,574,284,706, equivalent to approximately US$630 million, each secured by an assignment of federal tax co-participation revenues and including the Province's inaugural sustainability bond, issued on June 21, 2023, aligned with the ICMA Sustainability Bond Guidelines and admitted to the Social, Green and Sustainable Bonds Panel of Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. For the Province of Santa Fe, the Road Infrastructure Bonds for Export Logistics due 2027, issued on November 25, 2024 for ARS50,000,000,000, equivalent to approximately US$50 million, 2.57 times oversubscribed and secured by an assignment of federal tax co-participation revenues
  • Advised the Provinces of Chubut, Chaco and Río Negro on their Treasury Bill programs, covering 211 series of Treasury Bills secured by an assignment of federal tax co-participation revenues, and acting on the full documentation cycle for each auction, including the launch and settlement resolutions, global certificates, subscription requirements and results notices. The mandate comprises 97 auctions and 209 series for the Provinces of Chubut and Chaco, and the Series I Treasury Bills issued by the Province of Río Negro under its 2024 and 2025 programs for ARS11,000,000,000 and ARS50,104,100,000, equivalent to approximately US$11 million and US$34 million respectively
  • Advised Edenor, Edemsa, Banco de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires and Banco Voii S.A. on nineteen local market series, issued across twelve transactions and aggregating approximately US$686 million equivalent. For Edenor, eight series issued across six transactions and aggregating US$493.1 million in US dollars and pesos, including the Class 11 Notes, with an annual nominal interest rate of 7.50% and maturity on July 3, 2029, issued on July 3, 2026 for US$213.5 million, the Company's largest local market placement of the period. For Edemsa, eight series issued across four multi-class transactions and aggregating approximately US$118 million, across UVA-linked, US dollar-denominated and peso floating rate classes. For Banco de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, two series comprising the Class 23 and Class 24 UVA-denominated Debt Securities, bearing annual nominal interest rates of 7.50% and 7.95% and maturing in 2028 and 2029, issued on March 5, 2026 for UVA55,231,066, equivalent to approximately US$71 million. For Banco Voii S.A., a single series of Class VII short-term debt securities due May 29, 2023, issued on August 29, 2022 for ARS519,333,333 and placed exclusively with qualified investors
