Julio has experience in legal counseling in queries on government contracting under public procurement and other regulations, as well as administrative and regulatory law. Likewise, he provides advice on decision-making and arbitration processes related to public works.

In addition, he has advised various companies in the infrastructure sector in the administration of public works contracts, such as the Work Contract of the "National Museum of Peru” Project; Concession Contracts for the "Línea Amarilla" and "Detour Quilca Road Section - Detour Arequipa (Distribution) - Detour Matarani - Detour Moquegua - Detour Ilo - Tacna - La Concordia"; as well as the EPC Contract of the Project "Line 2 and Branch Av. Faucett - Av. Gambetta of Line 4 of the Basic Network of the Lima and Callao Metro".
