Chris is a corporate lawyer in our private equity practice. He has over 14 years' experience advising clients in respect of mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.

Chris advises multinational corporate clients, institutional investors and management teams on English law matters arising on national and cross-border transactions.

Chris is based in our Manchester office and regularly advises regional, national and international clients on inbound and outbound investments from the UK.

Chris is a mentor as part of our Global Scholarship Programme supporting a student in Rwanda. He is also part of our team assisting family reunions of refugees from Afghanistan.

He has spent several months on secondments at BP plc and Sony Computer Entertainment Europe Limited.
