Greg Young has broad experience representing a variety of borrowers, investors, financial institutions and issuers in structuring financing, corporate and development matters, most recently in connection with the financing of sports stadium and arena complexes in Major League Baseball, the National Basketball Association, the National Football League and Major League Soccer.
Greg also has experience representing sponsors, lenders and other participants in relation to the development, financing, construction and operation of energy and infrastructure projects, both in the United States and abroad.
