DLA Piper advises the Province of Chubut in the refinancing of US$106 million debt
The notes are secured with funds from the Federal Tax Co-participation Regime and are listed in Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. (BYMA) and A3 Mercados S.A. (A3).
The issuance took place in the context of the refinancing of the "TIDECH 2024" notes through the exchange for new "TIDECH 2025" notes subscribed by the Sustainability Guarantee Fund (FGS) of the National Administration of Social Security of the Argentine Republic (ANSES).
