Prior to joining DLA Piper, Thomas was an associate at a leading technology and emerging growth firm in Silicon Valley, advising venture capital funds and emerging growth companies on financings, formations, and strategic transactions across AI, healthcare, technology and Web3. Before that, he was an associate at a major international law firm in New York, where he advised private equity funds and their portfolio companies on mergers, acquisitions and debt and fund finance transactions.
