His relevant experience includes advising:

• A group of international banks on the financing of the construction and operation of two renewable energy portfolios located in Spain and Italy with a total capacity of 308MWp composed of three (3) and four (4) solar photovoltaic plants, respectively.
• Enlight Renewable Energy on securing EUR310m in financing for the hybridisation of the existing 329 MW Gecama wind project in Spain (largest wind farm in Spain). As part of the project Enlight will integrate a solar array and utility-scale energy storage system at the facility, bringing the total capacity to 554 MW and 220 MWh. Once completed, the Gecama Hybrid Project is expected to become the largest renewable energy complex of its kind in Spain and will play a key role in advancing energy storage infrastructure in line with the Spanish national plan to combat climate change and enhance energy supply stability.
• Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, S.A. on the first project finance transaction in Spain for the construction of a renewable hydrogen plant in the Port of Bilbao.
• Banco de Sabadell, S.A. on the financing of the construction and operation of two PV plants with a total capacity of 90MWp and of two battery storage system with a total capacity of 45MWp located in Mernoca (Spain).
• Aquila Capital as developer and sponsor, on the financing granted to two SPVs by Banco de Sabadell, S.A. and Liberbank, S.A. for the purpose of financing the construction and development of two photovoltaic plants located in Almeria with a total capacity of 80MWp.
• Banco de Sabadell, S.A. on the financing of the construction and operation by Forestalia Renovables of a PV plant with a maximum nominal capacity of 48.7MW, located in Aragón (Spain).
