Katie McShane

Katie McShane focuses her practice on fund finance, representing major banks and financial institutions as agents, lead arrangers, and lenders. She advises clients on the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of subscription credit facilities, NAV-based facilities, and hybrid facilities. Her practice spans transactions ranging from multibillion-dollar, broadly syndicated credit facilities to smaller bilateral loans across a wide range of fund sponsors.

Katie also has significant experience representing investment banks and private equity sponsors in public and private securities offerings, including in issuer, underwriter, and mortgage loan seller roles. She has also represented clients in other asset-backed finance and corporate transactions and has practiced in both London and Dublin.
