  • Advising two major South African banks in relation to a USD250 million senior facility made available to a Zinc producer for purposes of funding the expansion of its South African mining operations.
  • Advising a renewable energy firm in relation to the ZAR1.8 billion financing of its 114MW photovoltaic power facility in the Northern Cape Province of South Africa.
  • Advising a development finance institution in relation to the USD denominated debt facilities made available for purposes of funding the development, construction and operation of a run-of-the-river hydropower plant in Rwanda.
  • Advising the mezzanine and subordinated funders of Seriti Green’s 155MW first phase wind energy facility.
  • Advising a major South African bank in relation to a ZAR600 million debt facility made available to a South African independent healthcare provider.
  • Advising a major South African bank in relation to Rand and Pound denominated facilities made available to a South African borrower and its UK-based holding company.
