Hasan Rahman is a transactional construction lawyer with particular experience advising on the drafting and negotiation of construction contracts, consultancy agreements and related documentation for major projects across a range of sectors and industries.

He regularly advises project owners, developers, contractors, funders, operators and end-users on procurement options and contract structuring, and on the drafting, negotiation, administration and interpretation of design, procurement, construction, facilities management (FM) and operation and maintenance (O&M) contracts.

Hasan provides advice on a broad range of transactions across the Middle East (including real estate development projects, infrastructure projects, transport projects, and power, water and renewables projects) and acts as the interface between DLA Piper's projects, construction and real estate teams in the Middle East.
