Bruce Mee's practice focuses on contentious matters in the areas of industrial and intellectual property law, commercial law, bankruptcy and insurance matters.

In the area of intellectual property law, Bruce has represented clients in license and technology transfer matters, merchandising programs and criminal litigation relating to trademark and copyright infringement and unfair trade practices.

Bruce has also represented numerous companies in recovery actions, in connection with bankruptcy and insurance claims as well as on contentious matters in the telecommunications industry. Bruce has an outstanding experience representing clients in arbitration proceedings in French and English, notably arbitration proceedings carried out in accordance with the rules of the ICC (International Chamber of Commerce).
