Théobald Naud's practice focuses on international commercial arbitration, investment arbitration and litigation involving commercial and public international law issues. Théobald also regularly represents clients before the Paris court of appeal, in proceedings of enforcement or challenges to arbitral awards.

Théobald has experience advising and representing clients in English and French language cases administered by ICSID, the ICC, the PCA, as well as ad hoc arbitrations pursuant to the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules and the OHADA Uniform Arbitration Act.

His cases include investment treaty disputes both for and against sovereign states. He has experience also in corruption investigations, advising both multinational corporations and state authorities.
