Séréna Salem focuses on commercial arbitration, investment arbitration and litigation involving private international law issues. Séréna also represents clients before the Paris court of appeal and the Ohada Cour Commune de Justice et d’arbitrage, in proceedings of enforcement or challenges to arbitral awards.

She has experience advising and representing both States and companies in proceedings under the ICC and ICSID rules, and has also represented clients in ad hoc arbitrations pursuant to the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules.

Séréna also has experience assisting arbitral tribunals in UNCITRAL and ICC cases.

Séréna has been coaching law students for several years for the Willem C. Vis Arbitration Moot competition in Vienna.
