Alejandro Noblía is the Head of the Structured Finance Group. He obtained his law degree at the UBA Law School (1995), pursued advanced studies at Georgetown University and received an LL.M. degree at Southern Methodist University School of Law (1998). 

He also obtained a graduate degree on Securities and in Oil & Gas at the UCA School of Law. Mr. Noblía is an expert on structured finance and has been one of the most active lawyers on this area of practice in Argentina for the last two decades. 

He has participated in over one hundred and fifty structured finance transactions, bond offerings including international offering of provincial bonds, debt restructuring and acuerdospreventivosextrajudiciales (APE out-of-court restructuring proceedings) and on some of the most complex structured finance implemented in Argentina. On the matter of energy law, he has participated in several biddings process and in the acquisition of blocks. He has been recognized by Chambers & Partners Latin America 2016 as leading lawyer.
