On September 8, 2016, we hosted a teleconference to discuss the legal outlook for companies operating in the energy sector in Mexico. Javier Estrada, former Commissioner with the National Hydrocarbons Commission (CNH) and the Energy Regulatory Commission (CRE) was joined by DLA Piper partner Marcelo Páramo and DLA Piper’s Global Co-Chair of Energy and Co-Chair of the Latin America practice, Bob Gruendel, to discuss how recent developments in Mexico affect legal decision-making and business in the region.
