Andrew Ball has extensive experience across all areas of employment and workplace relations. He has acted in both common law and industrial jurisdictions including the High Court of Australia, the Supreme Court of New South Wales and specialist industrial tribunals (such as the Fair Work Commission).

His areas of experience include industrial relations (workplace agreement - making and bargaining, employment strategies and restructures), employment (executive and general contracts of employment, post-employment restraints, termination of employment), discrimination and sexual harassment issues, as well as occupational health and safety.
