Allana Burrone is experienced in commercial litigation and dispute resolution with a particular focus on the insurance sector and matters relating to professional liability.

Practicing primarily in the Supreme, Federal and appellate Courts, Allana has extensive experience in litigation that is both large scale and complex.  Allana’s experience in managing negotiations and disputes across all jurisdictions has seen her act for a variety of Australian and international clients across a range of industries.

Allana has particular experience in commercial, corporate and defendant insurance litigation, advising directors and officers (of private and public companies) in respect of their duties and liabilities, and managing her clients through critical regulatory investigations and compliance matters.  She has also acted in matters involving alleged breaches of the Australian Consumer Law including misleading and deceptive conduct, and class actions with a particular focus on corporate collapses.
