Nadia Cooke focuses in the areas of competition law and economic regulation, with particular expertise in energy and telecommunications regulation.

Nadia has advised both corporate clients and regulators on a range of competition and economic regulatory matters. In particular, Nadia has extensive experience in advising electricity and gas network businesses in relation to national and jurisdictional energy laws and in acting for these businesses in merits review proceedings in the Australian Competition Tribunal (Tribunal). Nadia also has significant experience in advising the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) in relation to telecommunications regulatory and competition matters.
