Ashley Cornor has general experience of commercial litigation, with particular focus in public law, resource management, and building law issues. He advises a number of local authority and private clients in these areas including on building performance issues, and leaky building litigation.

Ashley regularly appears in the Environment Court, District Court, and the High Court. He appears before specialist bodies such as the Weathertight Homes Tribunal.

He also advises the New Zealand Ministry of Health in relation to the interpretation, application and enforcement of smoke-free legislation.
