Aimee Credin has considerable experience in a wide range of areas, including medico-legal law, civil and commercial litigation.

Aimee has appeared as counsel in all levels of courts, as well as numerous appearances before Tribunals, including the Health Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal, Human Rights Review Tribunal, Employment Relations Authority and Tenancy Tribunal. She has also appeared before the Coronial Court throughout the North Island and actively participated in appeal hearings in all levels of courts.

She works on instruction from a substantial international indemnity organisation that indemnifies the majority of medical and dental practitioners in New Zealand. This involves providing legal advice, managing clients through investigations by various regulatory authorities, complaints processes and court proceedings, and research and opinion writing. This work is wide-ranging and covers multiple areas of law, such as privacy, human rights, accident compensation jurisdiction, employment and criminal matters.
