  • Acting for YTL Group on the purchase of the 5-star Westin Hotel in Perth, including the separate premium food and beverage retail complex and office building.
  • Acting for Savills Investment Management in relation to the due diligence and acquisition of the pending development of the serviced apartment complex at 176 Adelaide Tce, Perth.
  • Acting for Charter Hall on the due diligence and acquisitions of 109 St Georges Terrace, Perth and 123 Kewdale Road, Kewdale.
  • Acting for Western Australian Cricket Association Limited in relation to the redevelopment of the WACA Ground improvement and integrated facility comprising a public aquatic centre, high performance training centre, food, beverage and retail facilities, community gymnasium and WACA HQ.
  • Acting for the Fremantle Football Club for the new headquarters and integrated training facility to be constructed as part of the Cockburn Regional Activity Centre including in relation to all title and access arrangements, development agreements and arrangements and all leasehold arrangements in relation to the facility and relation to is user agreement and related licensing rights in relation to Optus Stadium in Perth.
  • Acting for Finbar Group Limited, one of Western Australia's largest property developers, in relation to the establishment of joint venture arrangements for the acquisition and development of land, specifically high rise residential and mixed-use developments, as well as related advisory work including the preparation of strata pre-sale contracts and related documentation, to date, totalling in excess of AUD2bn in project value.
  • Acting for GE on its consolidation project for its Western Australian headquarters at Jandakot Airport including its complex leasing commitments to the Jandakot Airport Operator and ancillary option arrangements for approximately 37,000m of land.
  • Acting for Indigenous Land Corporation relation to the disposal arrangement for the 4,020 square km Myroodah Station including the related livestock sale arrangements to the Walalkoo Aboriginal Corporation.
  • Acting for Curtin University in relation to various projects including preparation and negotiation of the project development agreement and related tenure arrangements with the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority for the construction and delivery of the Midland Campus, preparation and negotiation of the development agreement and lease arrangements with the Public Transport Authority for the Bentley Campus bus port interchange and the anchor commitment from Navtias as part of Curtin Exchange at Bentley Campus.
  • Advising Engie on all aspects on the development of its renewable hydrogen production facility (Plant) from real estate, negotiating the key project documentation, finance, due diligence, and native title. The Plant which consists of a PV Plant and a co-located renewable hydrogen production plant, is proposed to be constructed and operated within the existing lease boundaries of the Yara Pilbara liquid ammonia plant on the Burrup Peninsula in Western Australia.
