Adam Holloway's practice centres on civil litigation and public law advice. He acts for both commercial and public sector clients, including in Court, at mediations and arbitrations. 

Adam's areas of focus include healthcare, commercial disputes, local government and public law. He regularly acts for doctors indemnified by the Medical Protection Society in relation to a wide range of medico-legal, professional misconduct and privacy matters, including inquests.

He also acts for a number of local authorities and has in in-depth knowledge of key local government legislation. He advises on governance and decision making, electoral services, rating issues, information law and workplace health and safety legislation.

Adam has wide range of commercial dispute resolution experience. He also acts for a variety of public sector organisations undertaking judicial review litigation and providing advice on legislation and public law decision making.

He is also one of the partners responsible for the Wellington office's pro bono programme.
