Amy Nolan has over eight years of commercial litigation and dispute resolution experience, particularly in insolvency and bankruptcy. She has advised insolvency practitioners in relation to the recovery and sale of assets, retention of title disputes and secured creditor issues. She has brought and defended insolvent trading claims and preference claims under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).

Amy has also acted for many financial institutions in enforcing both secured and unsecured loans. She also has experience in providing general commercial advice and acting for clients in contractual and property disputes.
