Michael Regos practises in the areas of health law, insurance law, medical negligence, and coronial inquiries. 

He represents Victorian public hospitals and their insurer, Victorian Managed Insurance Authority (VMIA), and is the solicitor of choice for Australia's second largest private hospital operator. He represents both public and private hospitals in litigation and regularly appears as their counsel at court applications and coronial inquiries. He also advises them on a wide range of health laws issues.

Michael is regularly involved in presenting to medical groups and hospitals on medico-legal issues. He has run and participated in training sessions for various health services, including legal education seminars, risk management seminars, hypotheticals and mock coronial inquiries.

Michael acts for hospitals and corporate entities operating hospitals, insurers, health companies and organisations, medical practitioners and other health professionals.

Michael is head of the health litigation group.
