Caroline Rieger focuses in employment law and has general litigation experience.

Caroline advises on all areas of employment law, including disciplinary procedure, negotiated exits personal grievances, employment agreements, wage protection issues, redundancy and health and safety.

She has acted in a number of jurisdictions in relation to debt recovery, insolvency, breach of contract and trustee obligations. She has acted as sole and lead counsel in the District Court, the High Court and the Court of Appeal, as well as a number of appearances as junior counsel.

In the employment area, Caroline represents clients at mediation, the Employment Relations Authority and the Employment Court.
