Farrah Saleem focuses her practice on corporate law, with a particular experience in private company mergers and acquisitions and reorganisations.

She joined DLA Piper; UK LLP; in 2010 before relocating to DLA Piper's Hong Kong office in November 2012, after a six month secondment. Farrah relocated to DLA Piper's Singapore office in June 2016 but continues to cover Hong Kong and Greater China, as well as expanding her role to cover South East Asia.

During her time in the UK, Farrah gained broad experience in the areas of private and public mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate restructurings where she was involved in a number of corporate transactions including takeovers, corporate sales and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and private equity investments.

Since relocating to Asia, Farrah has been involved in a broad range of cross- border and multi-sector corporate work, including cross-border corporate sales and acquisitions, joint ventures and , reorganisations, with an increasing focus on the financial services (in particular, insurance), logistics and consumer goods sectors.
