Ena Stojkovic has extensive experience in all aspects of employment, industrial relations and discrimination law. She acts for and advises a broad range of clients, including employers in the education, health, hospitality, insurance, construction, retail and logistics industries.

Ena provides strategic and proactive advice to clients with a focus on early dispute resolution and minimising legal risk.

Ena has recently completed a 6 month secondment at a major on-site services provider where she was responsible for advising the company on how to successfully negotiate and implement an enterprise agreement covering over 2,000 employees on remote mining sites.

Ena also regularly conducts training for senior executives, managers and employees on all aspects of workplace behaviour.
