Alan Wang has been focused on employment law for over 8 years.  He has advised a lot of multinational clients with business operations in China on all aspects of labour and employment issues including recruitment, company policy establishment, training, immigration, stock option, redundancy, employee transfer, working conditions and termination, etc.

Alan graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law with an LLB. He is qualified in China and speaks fluent Mandarin and English.
