Kate Wills has experience in providing legal advice and opinions on employment law matters, as well as drafting and interpreting employment agreements, independent contracting arrangements, and other workplace and employment related policies. She also provides advice to employers on their health and safety obligations.

Kate has gained exposure to various general civil litigation matters, including local government and judicial review proceedings.

She also has a particular focus on information law for a wide variety of clients, including in the financial services, public sector and general employment contexts. Kate has provided advice on legal issues arising from the application of the Privacy Act 1993 and the Official Information Act 1982.
