Felicity Minchin’s practice focuses on the areas of construction and commercial litigation. Felicity is experienced in large scale and complex disputes, primarily within the construction sector and mining sectors, in both domestic courts and international arbitration.

Felicity has particular experience running complex international and domestic commercial arbitrations, and has been involved in Supreme Court and Federal Court litigation proceedings.

She has particular experience in claims involving defective works, contractual termination, and statutory misleading or deceptive conduct, as well as contractual claims relating to extensions of time, variations and project delays. Felicity is familiar with a variety of institutional rules and has conducted arbitrations seated in multiple international jurisdictions.
