Elizabeth Moran focuses on the area of anti-discrimination law and General Protections under the Fair Work Act. She provides advice in relation to many other facets of employment law, including termination of employment, post-employment restraints, breach of confidence, vocational regulation, the protection of intellectual property, transfer of business, the implementation of industrial instruments, right of entry and the drafting and implementation of both individual contracts of employment and enterprise agreements. She regularly conducts workplace investigations into allegations of staff misconduct, and provides compliance training in relation to discrimination, harassment and bullying.

She has advised clients in the industry sectors of mining, oil and gas, medical and aged care services, building and construction, logistics, defence, sport, entertainment, hospitality and other service industries.
