Salt Lake Potash in relation to material ESG topics to inform governance, strategy and reporting including drafting policies and procedures for the Lake Way Project in Western Australia.
Oakajee Port & Rail on a broad range of legal and strategic advice in relation to environment, planning and project approval related matters for the proposed Oakajee Port and associated 570 kilometre railway, including reviewing State and Commonwealth environmental assessment and approval processes, scoping of regulatory approvals, vegetation clearing requirements, compulsory acquisition, planning approval requirements and the establishment and maintenance of an on-line database for monitoring compliance with conditions of approvals.
