Amy Nolan has over 17 years of insolvency, commercial litigation and dispute resolution experience. She has advised insolvency practitioners in relation to the recovery and sale of assets, retention of title disputes and secured creditor issues. She has brought and defended insolvent trading claims, uncommercial transaction and preference claims under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).

Amy has acted for large Australian and international banks and other financial institutions in relation to both secured and unsecured debt, including security reviews, proceedings in relation to the enforcement of guarantees and mortgages, bankruptcy and winding up proceedings.

She also has experience in providing general commercial advice and acting for clients in contractual and property disputes.
