Stephanie Reinders Folmer focuses on data privacy and (digital) advertising. Stephanie has broad experience in the field of data privacy, dealing with complex, multijurisdictional matters and providing hands-on strategic advice.

Her practice includes policy making, (big) data strategy and governance, “cookie” compliance, data security and the handling of personal data breaches. In addition, Stephanie is experienced in the interface of data privacy and advertising in general and digital advertising in particular.

Furthermore, Stephanie has experience in advising on IP and advertising-related matters. She advises both national and international clients on e.g. misleading or comparative advertising, the use of (third party) trademarks, product labelling, the use of influencers and promotional games of chance.

Stephanie is actively involved in quite a few of the firm's pro bono projects.
