DLA Piper (Canada) LLP welcomes new Director of Associate Lawyer & Student Development

DLA Piper (Canada) LLP is pleased to announce that Bonnie-Louise Lussier has joined the firm as Director of Associate Lawyer & Student Development‎. Bonnie will be based in the Vancouver office and will work closely with our service group leads, office managing partners and student program organizers on the professional development of associate lawyers ‎and the recruitment and development of summer and articling students for all our Canadian offices.

Bonnie was most recently at a prominent Canadian business law firm where she assisted with a complex and competitive student program. Prior to that, Bonnie worked at a top global staffing organization in Sydney, New South Wales where she gained invaluable experience in staffing and recruitment. In particular, Bonnie has extensive experience working with highly regarded international and local firms in NSW to find the ideal legal talent for their organization. Bonnie has also worked with law graduates helping them to plan and host numerous events.

After qualifying to practice law in BC and in New South Wales, Bonnie practised in commercial litigation for a number of years with a leading global firm in Australia. She received her Canadian law degree from the University of British Columbia.‎
